Accommodation for Students and Trainees
For students and trainees who do not have the opportunity to find a place to stay over acquaintances or relatives in Malaga, the question of suitable housing arises immediately. Our Spanish partners can help to find accommodation, either in host families or shared apartments. In case you and your friends are arriving and leaving at the same time, the possibility of renting a whole flat will also be provided.
Location: Predominantly in the old town ("Centro Historico") or close to the Spanish school of the University of Malaga.
Students at Campus El Ejido: Most lodgings are in ten to fifteen minutes walking distance.
Students at Campus Teatinos: No lodgings are provided in this part of town, as tenants tend to move closer to the centre of town after a couple of months anyway.
Best value for money: Shared housing with common use of living room, kitchen and bathroom (except when the bathroom is part of the bedroom).
If you arrive in September/ October or January/February, please bear in mind that those are our busiest times, so please be patient. We would recommend that you get in touch with us around two months before you are due to arrive to reserve your accommodation, if you wish to have a place organised before your arrival. In case you would rather wait and inspect the accommodation first, our Spanish partner will be available to view properties with you. We do remind you, though, that with the arrival of so many students the choice may be restricted

The furniture includes a TV set with all standard programmes.
Not included: central heating, air conditioning, cable tv, satellite tv, telephone line (landline only in host families, though not guaranteed) or internet.
Commission fee:
40 € / person. Fee is only paid when accommodation is confirmed.
