Course Costs

If booked from the United Kingdom or Ireland the following is included:

  • An interview in the UK or by phone
  • Help with the Travel arrangements of your choice
  • Help with the Insurance of your choice
  • Help with Visas
  • An Information Booklet full of useful advice for before and after arrival
  • Meeting at Brisbane Airport o­n arrival and transport into the city
  • Help with luggage storage while in the city
  • Map showing directions to DIMIA office for visa label insertion
  • Bus ticket to the farm via the beach resort
  • 8 days accommodation which includes:
    3 nights at the farm for jet lag recovery, sun, surf, sea and sand
    1 day for administration and shopping and horse riding, with all meals free
    4 days for the agricultural or hospitality course, with all meals included
  • Vineyard evening with wine tasting, wine making talk and free meals (most weeks)
  • Beer o´clock at 6.00 pm at the farm
  • Free internet use at the farm
  • Completion of Application for Tax File Numbers,
    Application for Medicare Cards (not Irish Republic)

  • Bookings made at two hostels at the beach resort for the jet leg recovery

  • a guaranteed job of your choice to go to o­n your 9th day in Australia

If booked from anywhere else outside Australia - Holland, Germany, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Belgium, Malta, Cyprus, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Korea and New Zealand - the cost is Euro xxxx and includes all the above items (except the interview and early bird discount as it is already allowed for in the price).
Medicare - the national Australian insurance - is available for citizens of the UK, Finland, Malta, Italy, Netherlands and Sweden. It is Form 1150 issued by the Department of Immigration that you need for your visa application. Germans may make use of our offer here. xxx

US Citizens

The same price, Euro xxx dollars is for US citizens between the ages of 18 and 30 who obtain, through our Invitation, a Special Program 416 Visa for 4 months work in Australia. This Visa is available in this form o­nly until 1 November 2004 thereafter changes will be made by the Department of Immigration.

Priority is always given to those booking direct from their home countries.
If you do not discover this programme until you arrive in Australia it is still possible to join.

This includes o­nly:

  • A four day Course at a farm.
  • Jobs as chosen for 3 months of the Working Holiday if the Course is passed
  • Contuining work available with a further small membership fee per quarter

Citizens of the USA o­nly are able to obtain Special Program 416 Visas with an invitation letter from our partner. You can apply o­n Form 147 for this Visa.
