You have a 400sf room with individual AC unit and refrigerator, separate entrance and own bathroom down hall. You need to have a driver's license or able to get one, organized, clean, tolerant. Some companionship for the old lady (82), some caregiving of DDD adult (5ft tall/80 pounds) who does not walk or care for self, light cleaning and cooking, and your choice of things to help with that need to be done on the 2+ acre property with 2 houses. Husband is building a sports court, tiny house, pool, and more.
We are hoping to have a non-profit to invite elderly, DDD and other groups for a daylong program out of the city. Your rent, utilities and use of car are provided, and some stipend is possible.
